Stewart and Calhoun Funeral Home, located in Akron, has served families and been instrumental in community leadership and development initiatives. Mr. Calhoun's father, William E. Calhoun co-founded Stewart and Calhoun with James V. Stewart in 1963. Mr. Calhoun was raised knowing the value and dedication necessary to serve families at the highest level.Mr. Calhoun first interned with Stewart and Calhoun and later became a director at the funeral home before finally realizing his own dream to serve families in the Greater Cleveland area. Calhoun Funeral Home strives to always be responsive to the expressed and unexpressed needs and wishes of the families it serves, creating unique memorable personal experiences, building relationships and creating Calhoun families for life.

Founded in 1925 by Adolph & Della Jakubs, the original Funeral Home was located at 6621 Edna Ave. in Cleveland. Following the death of Adolph in 1932, Della operated the business alone until 1951 when her son, William, joined the Funeral Home staff.

Corrigan Deighton Funeral Home, located in Euclid, OH, is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance. They appreciate the understanding of their clients during this temporary disruption.
