Always great quality beef! As close to prime as you can get even though USDA is not involved. Won't go elsewhere for my beef!

Took a beef the be butchered. The dock is not easy to unload animals. When we got the meat the cuts were not exactly as we wanted. They don't cut porterhouse steaks separate from t-bone steaks....
