Howland Township is currently seeking a full-time Township Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the township. The Administrator will work closely with elected officials, departments, and employees to ensure the efficient delivery of public services. The Howland Recycling Center, located at 3590 North River Road NE, offers drop-off bins for bottles, jugs, jars, cans, cardboard, and paper. Please note that the recycling containers behind the Police and Fire complex have been removed, and all materials should be taken to the Recycling Center during its operating hours.
