The Xenia location is always, without exaggeration, out of something. Cups, tea, coffee, ice, etc. It's almost as if they don't even want to make sales.

The staff is nice but dang! That place is filthy!!!!! Sunday evening and not busy/ The sandwich prep station is beyond gross and dirty, floors dirty, tables dirty, trash can so full the door of it...
