Terrible service. This place is extremely slow, they burnt my bagel five times and gave me the wrong cream cheese. Took me 18 minutes to get a coffee and bagel!!!!

I ordered a large coffee and it was not full. The coffee tasted burnt and was not good. I figured it was good, so I drove away. Very disappointed with the afternoon service crew.
