Called this morning to ask the cost of washing the top of a Ruggable. Apparently the cost is per item not weight and according to the associate it will cost $207. I will never patronize this place.

For a "locally owned & operated business" Very rude poor customer service. Definitely not to the standard of its predecessor Fussy Cleaners.

My first time and I won't be back. As a new customer, I joined the Tide newsletter and added their app and got a 25% off coupon for doing so. This store wouldn't honor the coupon for my $75 order....

If I could give zero stars I would. Broken processes, try getting on the "delivery route" and then actually getting what is promised. AVOID at all costs.
