Not good customer service and the individuals working there try to nickel and dime you for everything. Not sure if this is UPS's new policy, but charging $3.00 to tape a box on an Amazon/UPS...

Ordered something on line and it was sent thru UPS on the 29th of June and I'm still waiting for them to deliver after July 1st. I've tried to get in contact but keep getting the runaround.
