DO NOT RENT HERE! When I signed my lease, they told me my base rent was $810, and with electric, it should not be over $900 a month. I never once paid less than $900 -- at one point, they charged...

The experience here has been so bad, it's a shame negative stars aren't available as a rating. The people "managing" this place ignore the stipulations in their own Lease, say they'll call back...

The first apartment assigned was a hot mess full of "weeds", smoke, garbage, and dirty dishes. It was being used as a storage facility by the roommate. The replacement was 100% better and well...
