Our 80-bed facility promotes the highest level of care and quality of life for guests who are with us for short-term respite, rehabilitation, outpatient, hospice care or for extended stays. This skilled nursing facility has been caring for the Hamilton community since 1942. Laurel Health Care Company purchased the former Wellington Manor in June of 2018 and is pleased to invest in the local community by improving the amenities and home-like environment for our guests. THE LAURELS OF WEST COLUMBUS The Laurels of West Columbus is a 97-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to creating a comfortable, home-like environment for guests seeking short-term respite, rehabilitation or hospice care, as well as extended and long-term care stays. We pride ourselves on the continuity of care available to our guests of our facility through individualized programs designed to meet their specific needs. We excel at short-term respite and hospice care, as well as short-term rehabilitation. And if you are rehabilitating with us, you can rest assured our therapy team is working with your physician to design a plan that will get you back in the game as quickly as possible.
