The Hyde House Bed & Breakfast has been showcased during “Nelsonville’s Tour of Homes.” The Hyde House (previously known as the Mead House) was built in 1882 by Dr. I.P. Primrose. It eventually became the home to Dr. Jerry Morris Hyde and Sarah Primrose. The two doctors were friends, neighbors, and partners in several Nelsonville real estate ventures. The Hyde House was in their family for almost 90 years. The Hyde House is on the National Historic Registry of Homes. This home is filled with history and we hope we can share that history with you!
