The Henry Manor

Owned by Rich and Deborah Harris, The Henry Manor was built in 1869 and all of the original charm still exists today. A beautiful park like setting with mature trees and flowers of all kinds are abundant on this sprawling 9 acre property located on State Route 188 near downtown Lancaster. Event space will accommodate up to 200 people. When the entire property is rented, guests will enjoy full use of the 3,100 sq foot home that hosts three very large bedrooms and a charming fourth bedroom (the Tower suite) that has an amazing view. Our guests will also have use of 2.5 bathrooms, a main floor kitchen, formal dining room that seats 24 guests, the lower dining room that seats up to 40 guests and a fully equipped commercial kitchen with walk out patio leading to the back yard.
