the two dudes working last night (around 10:30-11:30pm on 8/13) absolutely killed it. the food was good but the service was crazy. we were just visiting cincy but they left a great first impression.

they are slow, never say, please and thank you. Just point at where you can find something instead of talking. You don't get a receipt unless you demand it. Frequently dirty.

Food was cold and bad service was horrible they can't even take two orders at a time they're extremely slow and really not even worth a one-star review and they have bad customer service

The most unreliable fast food restaurant in Cincinnati's Quensgate area. Always out of ingredients, beverages, or lack staffing to cover shifts. A blight on the Taco Bell brand.

Ordered 1 soft taco, 1nacho cheese taco, 2 cinnabons, 2 cheesy double beef burritos, and 2 chili cheese burritos. And somehow I received nothing that i ordered and got a box combo and a chicken...
