App wasn't taking more than one payment option. So I went to the store. The employees aren't paying attention to customers coming in the door. It would be nice if people acknowledged your existence.

My daughter took me out on the town tonight. After that we were hungry and so the only thing around was Taco Bell. We weren't able to go inside, only the drive up was open. We didn't have to wait...

Wish I could put zero stars bc I would. They messed up our order horribly, gave us the wrong drink and food. Very rude, we order chicken and they waited until we paid to tell us they ran out....

This Taco Bell had exceptional service!! They went above expectations and the extra mile to make some very satisfied customers!! Not to mention good burritos!!
