Would be higher, but a common occurrence is them forgetting your sauce in the drive through. Besides this 4.5 stars.

This is by far the best Taco Bell location I've been to because the experience is very high quality. The ambiance is like a real sit down restaurant, and the staff is very kind and cooperative....
