What a disaster!!! No one working here knows what is going on - super slow / unorganized and the establishment is a mess. Food all over the floor - puddles of water in front of the soda machines...

Took away my favorite menu item - again. Therefore Taco Bell has lost my business permanently. Will make my own tacos from now on. Crappy service and the company doesn't care about its customers.
