Sarah Moore Home, founded in 1892 and located in Delaware, Ohio, is a community-owned, nonprofit organization that provides a variety of programs and services for senior citizens. It specializes in providing assisted living and health care services. The organization provides more than 30-bed licensed nursing home, and over 15 units for assisted living. Sarah Moore Home is Medicare and Medicaid-certified and provides 24-hour nursing care to the residents. It has registered dieticians who offer daily meals and special diets.
