Swanton Division of Fire & Rescue
The Swanton Fire and Rescue Division, established in 1895, is responsible for providing fire and rescue operations in the incorporated Village of Swanton, as well as parts of Fulton and Swancreek Townships in Ohio. With a staff of ten full-time personnel and 19 part-time personnel, the division operates 24/7, 365 days a year, offering mutual aid to other entities in Northwest Ohio as needed.
Under the leadership of Fire Chief Cuyler Kepling, who joined the division in 2013, the Swanton Fire and Rescue Division is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of the community. Chief Kepling brings extensive experience and certifications in firefighting, emergency medical services, and fire service instruction, and is supported by a dedicated team of professionals. Together, they work tirelessly to protect and serve the residents of Swanton and surrounding areas.
