So I broke my wrist on Valentine's Day (lol of course). Less than a week later was scheduled for surgery-plate, 6 pins blah blah. Checked in within 5 minutes of arrival. Waited about 20 minutes...

Their office experience is terrible. They demand the entire amount up front (which I paid). Then I started getting a bill that said I owe more. I hit my max out of pocket the day I had surgery....
