The phone number on their warranty card does not work at all! There is nowhere to return the defective canopies!!!! They don't have customer service in the U.S. This company also fakes...

It has now been 3 weeks since filing a claim. I was just on the phone for 25 minutes and ended up being hung up on saying she couldn't hear me and that she would call me back in 3-5 minutes....

Canopy was missing parts. No way to get replacements. Bought from BJs. After making my own replacement parts a small wind shredded the canopy. Avoid this brand.

I purchased a Gazebo in April 2019 and find out that it does not come nor do they have replacement parts for this unit. I have made many phone calls and emails to both Wayfair who I purchased it...
