There was a problem with my online order and store went ahead and fixed it. Food was fresh and great new management. Crew was very helpful.

Ordered online. Did not make food or give a refund. They are thiefs!!!! Don't go to this subway!!!!! Their phone is disconnected, and the workers don't care how nasty it is.

Terrible service every single time. Don't waste your time, you might as well go to the one across town every person in Fairborn is surprised the doors are still open lol

I had gotten my food and it was cold and I had asked for it to be toasted but it was burnt my first time ever having it at this location
