Warm food was cold nothing was chopped up or cut in our salad everything was sloppy too much meat very little sauce on the salad

I ordered some pepperoni roll ups and they were hard as rock. Stale. Couldn't even bite into them.

2nd update: they called back and the guy just says, ok, my boss said come in and I'll make you a new one. (In that tone that says I hate my life, you, and this job) no apology for my nasty dinner...

Cleanliness is something I cherish when visiting any chain restaurant like Subway, but this location is typically a let down. Not because of the service, because that has always been decent here....
