I have been a customer of this motel for 15 years. I've recommended it to others as well. It has gone downhill. I will be staying elsewhere on my next visit to Mentor.

So you have a kitchenette and expect dishes and pans...NOPE. Go to the office, can I have kitchen items...you can rent them... NO WAY!!! RENT THEM? Just keep driving! This is not a decent motel....
