First Care is an ALS Licensed Emergency Medical Services provider for the State of Ohio. First Care's EMT's and Paramedics are trained according to the Department of Transportation guidelines and they are certified to provide professional emergency care at the scene and during transport to a medical facility. Our EMT's and Paramedics can provide basic life support and advanced life support that is necessary to prevent medical and injury-related problems from becoming a threat to life. First Care knows our people are an extension of your facility. Each employee receives multiple hours of customer service training so your patients receive the care they need and the service they deserve. All of First Care's Management team has been trained at least at an EMT level and they commonly service your patients directly to insure the highest level of service.
