i used to go there all the time a couple years ago but they closed down and i haven't been there in a while but i went there and i liked the service it was normal for a steak and shake the food...

After being closed for years, it appears someone has invested in the franchises. They only have drive thru open with only one lane. I recently ordered around 12:15 with two vehicles ahead of me....

Allowed an order to be placed however once arriving the restaurant was closed. Still charged for my order. Only phone number available is for the closed restaurant. Extremely dissatisfied
