He is married, has three children and is a member of Incarnation Church and is a Board Member for the Dayton Boys and Girls Club. He and his family reside in Washington Township. William Uhl Bill was born in Greenfield, Ohio - moving to the Dayton area in 1952. He is a 1956 graduate of the University of Dayton ( B.S. Education ). Shortly after graduation, he began working in insurance sales in 1956 and founded The Uhl Agency in 1958. He is married, has five children and is a member of Incarnation Church. He is currently a consultant to the growing agency. Deborah is a Darke County ( Ohio ) native and graduate of the Franklin-Monroe School System. She began her career in 1973 in insurance sales, joining the Uhl Agency in 1985. Deb is married and has two grown sons. She is a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church and a Board Member for Womanline. She is Principal and Vice President for The Uhl Agency and is a member of the Leadership Dayton Class of 2008. Marc is a native of Dayton, Ohio and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dayton in 1998 with a degree in political science. He joined The Uhl Agency in 2001 and is now the Assistant Vice President of Sales and Operations. He serves on the board of directors of the Network of Vertafore Users, which is the largest technology-based insurance organization in the country. Marc and his wife currently reside in Miami Township. Jon is a native of Centerville, Ohio and is a 1993 graduate of Elon University, holding a degree in finance. Prior to joining The Uhl Agency in 2010, Jon spent 11 years C.H. Dean, Inc and most recently held the position of Director of Sales. He was named as one of the Dayton Business Journals' 40 Under 40 award recipients in 2007. Jon is married, has three sons and is a member of Incarnation Church, where he received the 2009 Volunteer of the Year award. He is also on the Investment Advisory Board of the YMCA of Greater Dayton.
