Don't recall ever experiencing a problem with this location- we ordered a chai to share while shopping and it was flavorful. Service was quick but no one was in front of us at the time.

You would think the person working as the front face of the company and my elder would have some more hospitality. Rude. Go to the market district starbucks they're so sweet across the street.

Poorly run by a young girl who clearly does not even drink coffee herself. You have two options when ordering a coffee: Watered down mulch, or burnt tire. Rude staff, some don't even speak English...

Just don't bother. Extremely slow, staff was completely inexperienced and couldn't make the simplest of orders. Regular coffee with almond milk seems like a pretty reasonable request. Apparently...
