Immaculate study vibes on CWRU's north side. Employees are a hit or miss but it feels like the new employees are much nicer and make good acceptable Starbucks drinks.

Worst Starbucks ever! I accidentally picked up the wrong order at the counter and they barista screamed "THATS NOT YOURS! KNOW YOUR ORDER!". She could have handled it much more respectfully...

Completely rude staff members . If you can , avoid this joint. It was as I was putting them out of their way and asked for a favor. Wish I never tipped them !

O stars, every Starbucks I go to are always so happy and welcoming and happy to see you, over here is just something else. Very rude. It seems like your a burden on them. Will never go again.

If I could have given no stars I would have. However I can not. The workers are some of the worst workers I have encountered. They are extremely rude and cussed me out for asking for half and half...
