Met a group of guys for breakfast before golf. The place is decent on the inside and clean. Service was average. Nothing bad and nothing that stood out. The reason for my three star was my food....

Food was good, although waffle wasn't warm enough to melt butter. service was not very good. (Depends on the waitstaff you get.) too loud to have a conversation with someone sitting across from you.
