Stanley Steamer did not a good job, did not turn my hose off, and Mattew stole 50.00 of my money and Kaitlyn the manager will not do anything about it. NEVER AGAIN!!

Do not use the Toledo-area Stanley Steemer. They never showed up and the manager never called to explain why, no one seemed to care. Lost 2+ hours of work time. Customer service is nonexistent.
