A wonderful church architecturally, built in the late 19th century. Back when i was a student from 2004-2008 the priest was conservative and the sermons and liturgy reflected that. Go to...

Four of the first five presidents of the university were Presbyterian pastors."Godspell" under the direction of Athens First Presbyterian choir director, David Tadlock, will open on July 30th Athens First Presbyterian Church in downtown Athens. This amazing, inspirational show, focusing on the parables of Jesus Christ, will be presented on July 30th, 31st, August 6th and 7th at 7: 30 pm, and August 1st and 8th at 2 pm.
