Springfield High School

Springfield High School is a college-preparatory school that provides academic and career preparatory classes to more than 1,100 students in grades nine through 12. It offers a wide range of extracurricular activities, such as performance arts, community service, visual arts, band, yearbook, National Honor Society and student government. The school s academic curriculum includes fine arts, math, health and physical education, science, English, family and consumer science, technology and social studies. It has a guidance and counseling department that advises parents on the progress of their children through test interpretation, career planning, and academic progress and college placement. Springfield High School is authorized by the Ohio Department of Education and is operated by the Springfield Local School District.
