Haircuts are ordinary. Staff is just a notch above rude. Their "check-in" system is total BS. They arbitrarily take clients ahead of those who are confirmed and checked in. Being "on deck" on...

Dont pay any attention to the wait time on the app or in the store. The stylists will get to you when they're finished giggling and watching their cell phones in the back room.
