Terrible stylists. Everybody wants to see that girl Bianca up there, I haven't had her but I've had all of the others. Even the manager. She's super nice, which is cool but she BUTCHERED my hair....

They have untrained men's stylists. Mine had to stop and had to have someone help her "fix" my cut. Then even with a discount they charged me 25 bucks. My haircut looks horrible. This 5 star...
