Central High School, also known as High School of Columbus and High School of Commerce, was a historic four-year secondary school located in Franklinton, Columbus, Ohio. Established in the mid-19th century, it played a significant role in the city's educational landscape until its closure in 1982. Following its closure, the iconic 1924 building was repurposed and leased to the Center of Science and Industry (COSI) in 1994, where it was transformed into a museum and science education center.
