Hope was great, very gentle. Sway on the other hand was not. She straighten my hair while it was still damp. It's not even straight, it's frizzy and curly. Cut my hair uneven. Would NOT recommend...

Absolutely horrible, took off half my eye brows and the lady had her hands, without gloves all over my face. Never going back I'm am disgusted.
