I've been to Rootie's a few times now and I just can't get past the service. There is usually only one bartender working and although the space is small, this place gets jam packed on the weekends...

Rootie's is a nice break from some of the other bars in Cheviot. They have pool, they have darts, they have good, well-priced drinks; they don't have a concept. And honestly, the lack of a concept...
