My mother was a resident at Rockynol several years ago. I have no complaints about the care she received there. It was very good. But, on the financial side of things, it has been a nightmare....

It took me almost 6 months to get Rockynol to take care of a bill from their pharmacy for a three (3!) months of pills prescribed for my husband dying in hospice. He died in 4 days. Those pills...
