Addison Heights Health and Rehabilitation Center is a place to get better, a place for living. We are a 90-bed skilled nursing center, and a proud member of the Consulate Health Care family. Opened in 1960, we have 15 private rooms, 38 semi-private rooms, and can provide accommodations for couples that become residents of our care center. Addison Heights also offers features such as an outdoor recreation area, garden and patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, pastoral support, and transportation services. The Lima Convalescent Home is a nonprofit, nonsectarian, community supported organization that offers a wide range of senior citizen health care services. It offers short-term stays and accommodations and also helps in scheduling an admission to nursing homes. Its special-care units offer a permanent nursing staff to care for people with dementia-related diseases. Additionally, the Lima Convalescent Home organizes various activities, such as trips, outings, games, arts and crafts, movies, exercise and cooking classes. Its services include Medicare, therapies, hospice support and nutritional counseling. Located in Lima, Ohio, and established in 2004, the home is funded by its foundation s endowment group.
