Welcome to Crestview Acres Mobile Home Park, Inc., located in Wheelersburg, Ohio and Scioto County. The beautiful rolling hills of Appalachia, the Ohio River and the broad basin of the Scioto River valley have created a picturesque environment for the population here. Crestview is the largest manufactured community in southern central Ohio with more than one hundred fifty lots for single-wide homes that sustain our population of approximately 330 residents. The Park is located on Hammerstein Road in a quiet country setting with quick access to the growing Wheelersburg area. Our population is approximately 60 over the age of 55 and retired, with the remainder of homes being that of single parents or young couples and singles. The Park is served by the award winning Wheelersburg Local School District, which buses our 4th 12th Grade students from a central bus stop within the Park and the younger students are transported door to door.We provide asphalt streets, concrete parking pads and patios, concrete runners for the homes to be blocked and leveled on, a basketball area, in-ground pool, picnic area, a natural walking trail and a dumpster area. Each home is owned by the head of household, or an established relative. Our residents pay lot rent -- which includes water, sewer and a garbage facility -- monthly on the first. Cable is available on each lot, as well as natural gas.Prospective residents apply for residency here and are required to provide a Criminal Background Check to the Manager, along with a previous landlord questionnaire, if applicable, as well as, local credit history. Lot application paperwork can be picked up in the office from 11 AM to 4 PM, Monday thru Friday from the 1st to the 10th of the month, with the exception of weekends, and from 11 AM to 4 PM, Monday thru Wednesday after the 10th.
