Rem Ohio Inc

Founded in 1987, REM Ohio provides a range of community-based services for people with developmental disabilities and other conditions. It serves adults and youths with autism, brain injuries, aging memory disorders, offending behaviors, and intellectual and physical disabilities. The agency maintains several locations throughout Ohio. REM Ohio operates community-shared homes and offers home care and supervision services. It also provides support services for personal hygiene, housekeeping, cooking, transportation, social skills development and financial management. The agency additionally offers adult foster and personal care services. REM Ohio provides community employment and other vocational support programs. It operates socialization and therapeutic day centers. The agency has received the Individual Options Medicaid Waiver certification.
