Dr. Hazen’s special interests include attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), behavior problems in young children, oppositional behavior, tantrums, toileting problems and children’s and adolescents’ adjustment to chronic medical conditions.

They also provide pediatric dental surgery and dental procedures under anesthesia in the Prentiss OR at UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital in Unversity Circle. UH Rainbow Pediatric Dentistry providers have expereince and special expertise in caring for patients with complex medical conditions, with special needs, with developmental and behavioral conditions. This practice accepts Medicaid and works closely with community dental organizations.
