Based in Cleveland, Ohio, with an approximately 270,000 square foot facility, the firm has a range of capabilities, including manufacturing, importing, plating, kitting, blend, sorting, warehousing and more. In addition, it offers a line of secondary finishes and operations to the local fasteners/customers.

Esterle Mold & Machine maintains a fully equipped mold and machine facility in Stow, Ohio, that utilizes seven injection molding machines that range from 100 to 850 tons. Though the company specializes in injection molds for pipe fittings and PVC applications, it also offers a wide range of expertise in the design, engineering and building of all types of molds, using a variety of mold-building steels. Esterle makes injection molds for plastic parts applications, including structural foam and compression molds. Founded in 1976, the company is separated into plastic and mold and machine divisions.
