Rachel strives to be helpful and transparent with her clients, offering reflective feedback, trauma-informed sensitivity, genuine respect, and acceptance. These strengths are always at the center of her approach to building a therapeutic relationship. Rachel's clinical experience includes working with adults, children, families, and couples. Her therapeutic practice is an eclectic mix of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered Approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Bibliotherapy, and Play Therapy. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
