Dr. Katz is a pediatric neurosurgeon at Akron Children’s, where he’s been working since 2019. After earning his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York, he completed a neurosurgery residency at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus and a fellowship in pediatric neurosurgery at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She earned her master’s degree in nursing from The University of Akron in Akron, Ohio. Margaret has a special interest in autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, behavioral disorders and learning disorders. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. Additionally, she’s a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, American Academy of Pediatrics, Society for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
