Waited 1 hour after checking in for a 9:10 appointment. When I finally got ahold of customer service they said I didn't have an appointment even though I have an email stating date and time.

made appointment online, checkin though text from quest, sat there for 30 mins was told i was not on the list and we are closing so get out. waste of my time
