Horrible! They overcharge you and you cannot speak to anyone live. If u do speak to them they hang up. Just ridiculous. Do t cancel a unit bc you'll still be charged

I recommend you use GoStore It for your storage needs. Much better facility and quality for your money 100%. I have used both facilities and seriously, night and day.
