Renting a storage unit went very smooth. I needed someplace to store boxes etc. while preparing to move into a new home. The lady in the office explained everything.

Not permitted to be on property past closing time. It took one hour to find the unit because they do not offer a site map. Not enough equipment to assist in loading unit.

Unit is nice but you can only access the unit between 9-6 during the day and 9-5 on weekends. Why would there not be 24 hour access.!? A pain to work around. Recommend going somewhere else.
