Clients meet with Kimberly every other week and she create for them a personalized nutrition plan and fitness plan. To make sure these become life-long changes, she goes the extra mile, making over their pantry, going on a grocery store visit, and educating them about how to read food labels. With the 6-Month Total Transformation Program, we delve further into the process.
