The Homeward Bound programs provide ongoing evaluation and treatment for those who want to increase their functional levels in: ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including feeding, toileting, dressing, mobility, transfers, urinary incontinence, and more; Safe ambulating on various surfaces throughout the home and community; Increasing strength and endurance to be able to manage independently or at a lower level of assistance. All services that are available to our inpatients are also available to outpatients such as treatments for strokes, falls, peripheral neuropathy, contractures, wounds, respiratory, dementia, urinary incontinence, and swallowing problems.
