My 4 1/2 year old daughter has been going to Primrose for 2 years now and we LOVE it!!!! The staff will help you in anyway, the teachers are great! I wish I could bring Mr Ericson home to help me...

TL;DR - The daycare left the gate that led from the toddler play yard to the parking lot unlocked, and my son was able to open the gate, walk across the parking lot, and enter the retention pond....
